- 5-15 years experience selling
software and services into hospital client base
- 5-15 years large territory
sales management experience
- Enterprise level healthcare sales experience
- Strong
background selling to hospital accounts and with a documented track record
of success
- An
entrepreneurial spirit in creating and opening new markets
- Proven track record of
executive (CEO, COO, CMO) software sales to large university hospitals and
health systems
- Familiarity with hospitals in
defined territory
- “Hunter” (proven ability to
source and drive deals)
- Proven ability to develop and
execute go-to-market sales strategy
- Entrepreneurial spirit and
ability to take risk
- Familiar and comfortable with
technology and emerging software applications and services
- Excellent oral and written
presentation skills
- Motivated
by success and uncapped commissions
- Demonstrates:
confidence, persistence, and high energy
- College
education preferred
