The Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible managing a sales team of 7 sales executives to drive sales of EMR and Practice Management software in the Mid-Atlantic Region. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the direction and management of all sales and marketing operations including market competitiveness, pricing, positioning, compensation and distribution, and channel strategy
- Develop and retain a team of top performing senior Sales Executives by driving accountability through performance metrics
- Cultivate and leverage customer relationships with Healthcare Executives
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding and maintaining the company's customer base
- Analyze and identify customer challenges, frame strategic imperatives and goals, position solutions that align with customer objectives, and elevate customer performance
- Establish compensation, training, and sales incentive programs for staff
- Develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs. Develop and execute lead programs
- Work remotely and must be willing to travel up to 60%.
QUALFICIATIONS - Bachelors degree
- Solid understanding and experience in EHR (Electronic Health Record) /EMR(Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management sales
- Must have managed a sales team
- Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment
- Healthcare industry experience (consulting/sales/provider or related experience)
