Description: Client Executive
Primary Purpose: The Client Executive is responsible for
increasing sales bookings within the existing client base throughout the
assigned territory. The open
territories include;

West
Coast
·
South
·
Mid-Atlantic
Responsible for client retention
by signing renewal contracts and Service Level Agreements, the development of
executive and departmental relationships with existing customers and
responsible for accurately forecasting and reporting all business
opportunities. Sales bookings will be increased by selling application
software, software upgrades, professional services and add-on hardware to
assigned clients. The Client Executive position will require extensive travel
and irregular work hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sell additional products and
services to assigned accounts and ensure that associated revenue and margin
are generated and collected.
2. Develop and maintain relationships
with executive (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, Clinical VP's etc.) and director level
(Laboratory and Radiology, etc.), personnel of each assigned client.
3. Develop and maintain detailed
business plans to include a strategy to ensure the company's contractual
obligations are met and add-on sales opportunities are pursued to support the
plan. As appropriate, coordinate or direct company resources in executing
business plans.
4. Provide timely, accurate sales
forecasting. Ensure optimal revenue and margin are generated and collected
for assigned accounts.
5. Monitor status of critical client
issues and coordinate satisfactory resolution of these issues
6. Participate in the sales and
contracting process. When appropriate, negotiate contract renewals and
amendments.
7. Prepare and submit reports and
documentation in a timely manner, including but not limited to, sales
pipeline reports, monthly activity reports, business plans, client
correspondence and contract documentation.
Education and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is required.
