  Healthcare Revenue Cycle Outsourcing Sales Director
Location: Orlando, Florida

A leading Physician Billing and Practice Management Company specializing in hospital based physician billing, is seeking experienced and successful Sales Director in various markets.

The primary objectives for the Physician Services Sales Director position are: 

  • Prospecting for new clients and expanding client relationships within existing accounts
  • Calling large hospital based and specialty physician groups
  • Preparing and presenting materials and proposals that meet client needs and generate new business
  • Assure clients receive positive financial outcomes
  • Demonstrate problem solving and partnering ability
  • Work in a complex selling and team environment
  • Direct Sales responsibilities within a defined geographic territory of the Southeast region
  • The target audience for this sales effort is Hospital C-level executives, large independent specialty group and hospital employed physicians
  • Presentations, Proposals, Contracts to C-Suite
  • Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle
  • Power point and multimedia designs
  • Sales funnel expansion and management
  • Client review and explanation of ROI
  • Strategic implementation of sales cycle

  • An outgoing individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to present effectively to senior management and boards
  • A strong executive presence with sales experience and the ability, interest and desire to sell is required

Successful candidate will have the following background:

 

  • A minimum of 5 years successful sales experience within the healthcare space
  • Prospecting, presentation and closing skills required
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and the ability to create professional relationships with the potential client base
  • Solutions and experience selling at the C-level
  • Prior C-level meetings, due diligence, presentations, ROI's and contracting
    experience selling healthcare outsourcing and/or hospital revenue cycle solutions
  • Aggressively pursue and capture hospital business office outsourcing market share in Southeast Region.
