KLAS product ratings are determined from detailed responses by healthcare providers as compiled over a 13-month period by KLAS Enterprises, LLC. Data contained in the 2005 publication show that QuadraMed client satisfaction continues to gain high marks.
"Our intent is to offer healthcare providers real value, and our ratings in this KLAS report indicate QuadraMed is meeting their expectations," said QuadraMed President and CEO Keith Hagen. "Gaining top overall scores for five of our offerings confirms the high level of client satisfaction we've set out to achieve.
"Based on the results our clients are reporting, hospitals planning to evaluate IT solutions would do well by looking at QuadraMed's products," added Mr. Hagen.
In the 2005 Best in KLAS award commentary, QuadraMed Affinity clients noted that the system is "very user friendly" with "good documentation", is designed "so we don't have to buy a lot of add-on systems to integrate", and the company is "responsive" to problems.
