CareMedic Systems Inc., a vendor of revenue cycle management software and outsourced services, has acquired ActaView LLC, which sells performance management software. Acquisition terms were not disclosed.

Atlanta-based ActaView's software collects and analyzes data from disparate information systems in such areas as accounts receivable days and dollars, cash, bad debt, and productivity to assist provider organizations in planning, forecasting, benchmarking and trending functions.

St. Petersburg, Fla.-based CareMedic will integrate ActaView's software with several of its own modules. They include the eFR electronic financial record, the OptimizeAR denial management and remittance posting application, and the AccelerateAR claims management software.
